Summary
This research demonstrates how existing Wi-Fi infrastructure can enable low-cost smart buildings. By analysing signal interference with machine learning, it detects occupancy, activity, and health indicators without cameras or wearable devices. The approach improves indoor air quality, comfort, and safety while addressing privacy and cost barriers in traditional smart building systems.
