This research examines how Greco-Roman Egyptians engaged with the pharaonic past through funerary landscapes at Deir el-Medina. Using spatial analysis, it reveals increasing reuse of tombs for burial and habitation over time. These interactions embedded the past into daily life, showing how cultural heritage is actively negotiated within lived environments.

This research develops a spatial “GPS” for lung cancer screening by mapping CT scans into a shared coordinate system. By identifying high-risk regions for malignant nodules, it supports radiologists and AI in improving diagnostic accuracy, decision-making, and interpretability, transforming screening from broad search to targeted, data-driven precision.

This project developed a strategic plan for urban green infrastructure in a small Spanish municipality. It created a detailed inventory, assessed condition and functionality, applied indicators, and classified areas using a traffic-light system. The study proposed improvement actions, ecological corridors, and a five-year implementation plan.
